so, i think ive nailed the importance of the song to the cymk project and the meaning of the song itself! first, lets get into the general meaning of the song. this song is about the realization of how toxic a relationship was in its aftermath and the general emotions that follow. the bitten apple is a reference to the biblical tale of eve and the snake, implying the relationship was already built on deceitful intent and that the main character feels inherently tricked. another thing id like to draw attention to is the split mirror imagery starting at 3:32 because this is going to be really important for the final conclusion. each of these split images represents one of the three eps that are released at this time. direct your attention to the image shown to the far left. it has a very light and almost airy color palette in pastels and looks like a magical girl. this represents the yellow ep and its general theme of innocent love and a new beginning, we can’t see her face meaning that anything that was left of this childish love is now gone. then, if we go to the far right, we’ll see an almost succubus like figure is there, we can so obviously see that she is the mascot of the magenta ep, the colors are very warm (interestingly enough most warm colors are associated with sexuality qnd things similar). this shows the theme of magenta, a relationship from love turning to lust (think of synthesized love for further comparison) and one riddled with deception. her face is visable, showing how the narrator is now well aware of the deception. then we obvuously get to the middle figure who is the mascot of the cyan album, representing regret and the fresh end of a relationship but most importantly realization. as many people have already discussed in the comments, the three voicebanks used in this song are miku, solaria, and kafu. all of which blend to make one voice that cant be compared to the other. however, if you focus you can seperate their voices; which brings me to my next point. the usage of miku represents the yellow ep (as she was used in puzzle, the starting song of yellow) meaning the represents the magical girl image in the mirror. the usage of solaria represents the magenta ep (she was used in the last song of the ep, being intertwined), thus meaning that she is the succubus image in the mirror. this means kafu represents the cyan album and the mascot. this all creates one image. but what does this actually mean? since what goes around is the ending song of the cyan ep, how does it bring a transition to the next ep? since every ep has had the transition song at the end in which theres a slight thematic change? what is the purpose of what goes around? its in the title of the project! cymk is actually a reference to the color wheel used in printing models- cyan, yellow, magenta and key (which is usually black). to get black (or key), you need to mix cyan, magenta and yellow! without all those three you couldnt get black. the mixture of the three voicebanks creating one unique voicebank- cymk! the three images shown in one broken mirror- cymk! the reaccuring themes of all previous eps into one mv- cymk! it all combines into one thing, one product- cymk. to sucessfully transition into the next ep we needed this combination to get to key/black! but thats just how i interpreted it lol, after being a long time fan of circus since i(love) was released, its interesting to see the progression of his story telling and symbolism especially when you compare it to 3/4s! which im still trying to decipher the final pov for btw… but anyways yeah thats my interpt!

It's been so long since I've listened to anything vocaloid. I was an avid listener of yours back around 2016, and as I grew up I just kinda... fell out of the vocaloid scene. But I felt nostalgic and wanted to listen to my old favorite music, and to find my old favorite producer creating such a beautiful work just... made me fall in love with vocal synth all over again. The lyrics, the tuning, and especially especially the chord progressions have me stunned. Absolutely incredible ❤️💕 thanks for keeping on keeping on! You're absolutely talented!!
The voices balance eachother out quite nicely! I'm not a super huge fan of any of the voices on their own (though I certainly don't mind them) but together they really bring out the best in each other. Absoloutely amazing idea and amazing song!

i'm trying so hard not to hyperanalyze some of the choice made with this song and failing desperately. i feel like the use of miku, solaria, and kafu is to intentionally represent the most "popular" vocals for their respective softwares. but also. something about the clarity of solaria, the accentedness of kafu, and the (relative to the ai software, anyways) choppiness of miku v3 en makes them send so interesting together, i can't stop listening. there's such a fascinating texture in the overlap, it's amazing. it doesn't sound like vocalmorph was used, either -- you can hear each voice distinctly from one another if you try to pick them out, but for 90% of the song, they're all singing the same part at the same time -- rather than one of them doing different harmonies. i feel like there's DEFINITELY some kind of symbolism there, especially after your tweet about using miku v3 en "symbolically" -- but i don't think i'm quite smart enough to figure out what. my best attempt is that it's symbolic of the blending of the fan culture around all three synths, but i'm not sure i can tie the lyrics into that theory. AMAZING song overall, i'll be looping this endlessly until the album drops!
