The review is of no use. Simply a lift and read from company's published pages/literature. Reviews like this sound as if the person knows something, that is not true. All the terms being thrown are introduced by the company and most optometrists themselves also don't know what they are for the most part.
I’ve worn Acuvue Oasys for years but recently have been having allergy issues and dry eye to the point I couldn’t wear my contacts for more then a few hours without wanting to scratch my eyes out or the contacts popping out. I then switched to these and Pataday drops at night. LIFE CHANGING… my issues are completely gone. Worth every penny!!
Just switched from the B&L Ultra (monthly) to the B&L Infuse (Daily). LOVE them and cannot even tell I’m wearing them ALL DAY LONG! Thanks for this review, it helped me make my decision...
I've been wearing Biotrue 1-day for a while and I just got a trial pair of Infuse today. It fits my eyes better and feels good so far. I may actually switch. I've been having lots of problems with the comfort of my old brand this year.
I use to wear the BioTrue, so far my favorite is the Total Dailes. I am trying the CooperVision MyDays, they are just ok. I hate the Precision1 and don't recommend them to anyone.
I was wearing Acuvue Trueeye until the Y were discontinued. I cried. I switched to Acuvue Oasis Max but after a couple hours I had to take them out. So dry !!!! My doc told me to suck it up. Long story short.... I tried Infuse today. Looks like I found my new lense. So far so good 🎉
Great Video and very detailed! I just switched from Acuvue Oasys to these Infuse lenses - they are so much more comfortable - my eyes were very dry at the end of the day with the Oasys not with the INFUSE! Kudos to Bausch + Lomb! I also feel I see better overall - slightly sharper with the same prescription vs again the Oasys! I highly recommend these lenses!
I've been wearing Dailies Total 1 for the past 3 years, absolutely loved it coming from Acuvue 2. Didn't like the cost of the Dailies Total 1, but I'm seeing the Dailies Total 1 90pk for ~$40 per now which is quite a bit cheaper than the Infuse. Only day 1 of trying out the Infuse, I am pretty surprised at how much more comfortable it feels, but I know the Total 1 wasn't a perfect size fit for me. Hopefully it has good comfort all day!
@@RyanReviewsOptometry thanks! I've been wearing the Infuse for 5 days now, and I'm really impressed with the comfort. The biggest point I'm struggling with is is the comfort worth $35 more per box. Had I never tried the Infuse, I would have been so happy with the Dailies Total 1!
I'm new to contats. I'm on my 2nd day wearing these. They don't make my eyes dry/burn but I can feel them in my eye which is bothering me. Also my close vision is slightly blurry and hard to read up close.
Hi! Thanks for your review! I’m deciding between the Bausch and Lomb Infuse daily contacts and the acuvue oasys 1 day contacts. Any thoughts or comparison between the two on what might be better? I do have dry eyes, and that’s also reason to switching to dailies over bi-weekly! I’ve tried both but it’s hard to decide or differentiate much. Thanks!
INFUSE was designed off the latest industry research on dry eye disease and was optimized to provide you with a comfortable lens wearing experience all day long. On the other hand, Acuvue Oasys 1-Day has a similar design to Acuvue Oasys, which has been know for contact lens comfort. You could ask your eye doctor to fit you in both lenses and see for yourself. INFUSE has the newer design and HD optics so that would me my choice.
So 90 lens pack.... is that 3 months of contact lenses for both eyes? or do I have to pick up two boxes for a total of 180 lens? I’m trying to get the most bang for my money.... and I’m confused to the marketing.
90 total, so if you use one box for both eyes, it's now 45 lenses, making it a month and a half supply. You'd need to purchase a second box to make it a 3 month supply, 90 per eye.
IMO, it’s better than Dailies Total 1. The Dk/t is less but anything over 100 is fantastic and almost indistinguishable. Also, INFUSE cost less, is easier to handle, and is more comfortable at the end of the day.
It's so frustrating that all of the "really good"/latest daily contacts don't come in astigmatism. You'd think at least one of these guys would target astigmatism _first_ with their latest designs so that they are the clear choice to, an albeit smaller, audience. Basically the astigmatism daily contact lens market is waiting for a Total1/INFUSE level lens, and the first company that reveals that product will get 100% of that market for (apparently) years.
From a development perspective, these companies always start with a spherical lens based on market need and proof of concept. However, I agree with your perspective. About to release a video on the best contact lenses for astigmatism so hang tight!
how many hours should I wear these? and if I wear it for a day or 8 hours should I discard the lenses after? and also is it supposed to be a little blurry or burn when wearing them?
Wear them for up to 16 hours. It might take time for your eyes to adjust to the new lens material, therefore the symptoms you described are possible early wear outcomes but shouldn’t last long.
Sir I live in India and as of now this lens are not available can you please make a review video on accuve moist 1day toric. Or any other daily disposable toric lens which are easily available and good and value for money
Coming soon! However, if you're looking for other great daily disposable lens options, check out Biotrue ONEday for Astigmatism, Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism, and Clariti 1 Day Toric.
I've never worn contacts before am just starting to get the hang of getting them in. I need contacts or glasses to help me see far away, but when I put the contacts in objects up close look blurry, like if I'm trying to read a menu at a restaurant. Does that mean I need a different kind of contact lens?
New here.. Do I understand correctly that there is no dailies for presbyopia from b&l ? I will get the biotrue this week but wanted a higher dkt. Thanks :)
I really wish that someone would come up with a 1 day lense for astigmatism that had a cyl. Of at least -2.25 they all only go up to - 1.75 and it just does not give me decent vision. I thought that Acuvue Oaysys would of made thier lense to go up a bit higher seeing as they made thier 2 week lense so comfortable and the cyl of up to 2.75 . Oh well i will just need to wait. Do you hsve any input when and if anyone will produce it. Thank you .
Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism, MyDay Toric, and Clariti 1 Day Toric all go up to -2.25 cyl while Biotrue ONEday for Astigmatism goes up to -2.75 cyl. All are great options to ask your eye doctor about.
Infuse felt like the BioTrue contacts. They fog up. Feel heavy. I did not like them. The AquaComfort were excellent. Insertion was comfortable. Stay moist, no Halos.

I've used these on my own eyes and have seen them on 2 other eyes. All of these were tight fits. Has this also been your experience?
How would you compare it to Dailies Total 1? For a similar price, Dailies Total 1 have a much higher breathability.

B&L Infuse are more comfortable and moist all day, they're easy to remove vs Precision 1.

Biotrue for presbyopia is the only daily multifocal lens from B+L. However, Infuse multifocal is coming out in 2023.

can i change my brand of contact lenses without consultation from optician? i have a prescription which is only few days old.
Depends where you live. In the US, you need your doctor to sign off on the change.
Are lenses hard to remove from eye? Alcon dailies total1 are difficult to remove 🙁

r these better than total1?
Ok i understood absolutely nothing you said in the first two minutes lol
Old Oasys is a lot better, that this "next generation".
Useless video. I could also just go to the website and read off the details and marketing list. Thanks Dr. Corte for your expertise. /s
