The family is what is under attack. As the family goes so goes the society. Marriage is the foundation of the family. It is tough and I understand there are many dynamics and all the advisers that say don’t stand for this and that, however, I believe most separation and divorce is unnecessary and could be resolved with wisdom and surrounding well intended people to mediate. Things that seem big when you fall out with someone may not be that big when the dust settles. I’m still a baby in this journey after 13 years and 3 kids and have had my share of challenges, by the grace of God we are pushing ing through and growing daily. If pushing through is not your thing then I’m not the one you should listen to.

Personally to me, Marriage or relationship will never be the same after the other spouse/ partner has cheated, and even if you had changed (which rarely happens) the pain and hurts will always be there. It like breaking something even if you put it back together, the cracks will always be there. And also cheating is the most disrespecting thing you can do to the person you said you love. Anyways, hope and pray if they true divorce they can do co-parenting in peace with no trouble and problems

You know, cheating can always happens. It's the aftermath that maters. Does the cheater is sorry ? Does the person really repented ? Does their words match their actions ? Are they doing efforts ? Are they working to repair what they have broken ?
Cause at the end of the day, you can be as sorry as you want. Seeing yourself humiliated again and again, seeing your dignity stomped on is a violence that unfortunately in our African education we were taught to cope with it.
