By default, Forminator sends email to your WordPress admin email. To change it, head over to Edit form > Email notification > Enter the new email under Admin email. It should be noted that, you can enter a couple of emails and make sure to separate them with commas. I hope this helps

Sending the mail is based on a trigger which is by clicking on the submit button
Yes some submit action is required. Maybe they will bring submit action on next button in future

Check your spam folder. If you don't see it there, then you need to make sure your website is sending emails
