- This is the homeschool routine that has worked very well for us this school year 2021-2022! I bring you with us through our full homeschooling day so you can see what it looks like. Of course everyday isn’t exactly the same. This routine or flow stays the same MOST of the time. We don’t follow an exact time schedule.
First grade homeschooling day in the life of a 5 year old! I’m still getting used to saying she’s five! I know things will change up some once my toddler officially starts her preschool curriculum, but this is perfect for her now at 2 years old! 💕

Okay Lauren wow I just have to say GREAT JOB you are doing an amazing job!!! I know this was a year ago but I am so inspired by how well your girls are doing!! I have two 4 year olds (yes twins hehe) and I've been trying to figure out how to start seriously start on a curriculum and watching this and the video where you went through their binders I now have a place to start from! Thank you so much for putting this up you have no idea how much you're helping others!! Wow and the fact that Kayleigh is 4 years old, am I correct? And the level she's at is blowing my mind! I always knew you could get your kid to older levels at an early age but seeing it here just motivates me even more to push them further than where they are! I can't thank you enough, okay let me go before I write a 5 page essay on how awesome you are :D lol thanks again mama!
Aww 🥰 thank you so much! 🥹 Yes, for level 1 Kayleigh was 4-5 years old. Definitely take the placement tests first. Then if they already know something we just move through more lessons, but we haven’t skipped any levels or anything! Both started at preschool level too and that was fun! I’m so glad it was helpful and thanks again for your sweet message! 😊💕
