Grocery Haul Fall Restock + Chicken Chili High Protein Meal Prep Macros Family of 4 Favorite Recipe

This is our grocery haul for this week and fall restock on some items from Amazon...see links below! Chicken chili is high in protein and is easy to meal prep, especially with the souper cubes! It's one of our favorite recipes to make in the fall and winter! I hope you enjoy!
Chicken Chili Recipe 🥣
use organic when possible
2 tbsp avocado oil
1-2 large onions
6 garlic cloves
2 pounds ground chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 (15oz) cans rinsed/drained cannellini beans
1 pound (16oz) spinach or 1 bag frozen (12oz)
1 bag frozen corn (12oz)
32oz chicken bone broth
Macros - approx. 2 cups per serving
516 calories
43g carbs
52g protein
8g fat
This can easily be adjusted to what you have on hand, sometimes I add more onion and sometimes no corn. This time in the video I actually added extra corn (daughter requested) but it was too much in my opinion. The macros are for the recipe as written above.
I had fresh organic spinach to make this, but I will be using the frozen spinach next time from the haul. It comes out delicious every time! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy! Let me know if you make this and how you like it!
This recipe was inspired by Giada’s White Bean and Chicken Chili recipe. We changed it up some, but I want to give her credit! I used to add a lot of Parmesan cheese too and it is soooo good!
