I'm a Black male and grew up on the East Coast, one of the worst parts of Palmar Hyperhidrosis is when people would try to be my friend and dap me up. I was always met with a disgusted "Why are your hands wet?" in the middle of class or the hallway. Which made me even more self-conscious and socially anxious than I already was. Aint gonna lie, my hands sweats like a mofo! whenever I'm driving, my pants gets wet spots because the sweat were dripping. Also whenever I hold something like paper, coins, phone it gets really wet.

I bought a kit from Iontoderma a couple of years ago. I used it for maybe a week or 2 and stopped using it. I just pulled it out and will try again. Your hyperhydrosis as severe as mine, so I have faith that it may work this time if I’m persistent.
I have iontoderma as well. My hyperhidrosis is severe hands and feet. It took more than two weeks for mines to begin working. Maybe your tap water does not have enough minerals. Use salt, I heard that helped.
I felt such a relief when you were talking specifically about excessive sweating while laying in bed as well as putting on socks at home bc it stops hand sweat immediately. I thought I was insane or it was all in my head but the socks work miracles! Just sucks when it’s hot out and I don’t want to wear socks I have no choice!!

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day, and although it actually took about 72 hours for the sweating to totally normalize, I just go’ogled Cynthia Yulesin and now I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day anymore.
