I grew up watching highlights of that era since i was really young in the 80s before Jordan one his first championship, but IT and MJ would have been a nasty combo. People also act like Jordan beat the pistons who were old, yet they were the defending champions of that time and Lakers were also dominating throughout there aged careers. Just because they were old, doesn't mean they couldn't ball. They were still better than most in the NBA at that time. It's like saying Miami, Nuggets, rockets and Blazers were trash in a weak era since they lost to an "Aging" Lebron's Lakers.

    Even after all these years MJ is still a thrill to watch on these highlight reels.Nobody has entertained me more with excitement,happiness and laughter than what this kid did on the basketball court.Just pure genius!
    That pass from Isaiah Thomas through the legs of the defence to MJ to dunk was something else...sublime!
    I miss the abundance of creativity,talent and skill that these guys possessed all those years ago.A golden era in sport...

And back then, teams were better and they played more fundamental basketball. The league was no overrun by 18 year olds. All the players played multiple years of College ball and therefore the NBA was a more mature league that played better Basketball. Now, all people do is shoot 3's all game and no one can play Defense. Its sad. I dont know how people enjoy the NBA these days. Its a joke.

    That last shot was 5 years after the Bull's last Championship year. He was still playing amongst the stars and was still the same threat on the court. I think it's definitely arguable they would've won more had the team stuck together after '97-'98 season. Crazy stuff!

    Eh....that era was an era of high physical contact and block, therefore harder to score. Anyway, I doubt even LeBron or Curry can withstand the attack of Malone, Shaq Oneil or Rodman, and there are tons of forward and players that are really good at that time, who are tall, physically fit and skillful
