These videos are great! Tascam should pay you for making them! I've had my Model 12 for years and only since watching your videos have I really begun to understand it.
Could you please do one of your demonstration videos of printing the inbuilt effects to a mixed track that has been done solely on the model 12? Thank you.
this is another oscar winning tutorial..but can i ask a dumb question? channel 2 was empty,-so did you copy the dry vocal pre hall or any effects on channel 1 -onto track 2.( via track edit) or did you just mute other tracks and record to get vocals on channel 2?.or am i missing soething obvious?.. ..thank you again for helping me use and understand my go to recorder.... and to make better recordings !
@@RecordingStudio9 oh man..i guess I was checking my email when you did the insert cable i see now track one stays MTR.... and 2 is LIVE selected;..-patched from aux1 rear after the send to change brillant ...i just did it on my machine ...thank you for your patience ...and keep the lessons coming !
Hi, does sending out of aux1 or the sub and recording on another track cause any latency due to digital conversion to analogue and then back to digital?
Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge 🙏🏾
Unbelievable, i was working on this yesterday. Timing is everything

Maybe the sub out can be used for effects too? Routing it back
I use my aux1 for external effects
Yes, you can use that option too.
Can I use the effect from my own keyboards in my Tascam 12?

Correct, there is a small unnoticeable latency. I haven’t measured it.
