We have brought another support person on who is going to help with some of the how to videos, which means we should be able to get some more test and comparison videos out over the next couple of months! Was planning to do some flight tests in different conditions, and data analysis.

@@andrewjones3020 We are on hold until the weather improves unfortunately. I work out of Canada, and it is still well below freezing right now. Hoping to have some stuff this summer. - Nolan

What GNSS receiver module does it use exactly? Hemisphere? uBlox or Septentrio?

Hi Tim, The Auto uses a uBlox chip (from what I can tell it is the same unit as the Mavic 3 RTK).

I’m a surveyor. I work for a company where we do a lot of flights. Our flights are mostly ppk. We do have a drone with RTK but dont use it for that. The flights we do are mostly to track progress on job sites. We use Aeropoints so process our data. We create a lot of ortho maps, compute volumes of stockpiles, etc. We use the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise. I wanted to start doing that kind of stuff as a side business but didnt want to spend $7,000 on a drone. Is this drone a better alternative to the 3 Enterprise? Is this a better drone than the DJI for what i need it for? Or should i just suck it up and spend the $7,000? Thanks for the help

Hi Little, the Evo II is very similar to the DJI drone. Both fill nearly identical roles. Give us a shout at 1-888-286-3204 or send us an email at sales@bench-mark.ca. We would be more than happy to answer any of your questions.

I use Autel drones for my projects and they perform well. Truth is, the Maverick 3 Enterprise is a game changer with the mechanical global shutter. THAT is what you need to increase efficiency and accuracy. Spend the $7k, it'll pay for itself in the first month. I'm gonna spend it too. Good luck!

@@veegee1974 We have found that in our later testing as well, the mechanical shutter makes a lot better when it comes time to process. Autel is coming with one, but I would lean to the Mavic 3 as well (we can also get you one as well).

@@benchmarkequipment I've been waiting for a mechanical shutter from Autel, but no show yet. I could go for that M3E soon mate.
