The windshield washer bottle is much newer than 65 and so is the AC compressor, but that's fine. I did the same thing on my 66 FB. By the way - the colour for the stripes you refer to is Guardsman blue - if it is the Shelby colour. The spare on a mustang goes in the trunk - on a Shelby - the back seat. Nice build.
Thats my brothers, its actually a green similar to "frost green" it has pony interior mix with cream and green i dont have any pictures but its interior is almost identical to this one i found online mustangattitude.com/cgi-bin/showcarm.cgi?type=lot&pic=/1966/1966_00012_04
What you call a clay color is called a red oxide primer, and no the car is not stock if it has flowmasters for mufflers also I don't believe that car had a a/c system as a OEM but I could be wrong. Any way I still love the car.
Yea i drew a blank there when i was talking about the bottom primer lol, correct its oxidized primer. yea a/c was not offered for all models it was an add on later into the year after production. Thanks for watching!
It is a fine looking Car, but in 1965 the Engines was painted Black, the timing cover & water pump, were not painted. Ford went to the Ford Blue on all Engines in 1966.
This right here is my dream car. I wish I had your father's skill set because his work looks meticulous. Thanks for sharing!

Dear santa......

Another interior was ruined by the obligatory cheap wooden Japanese steering wheel. Why do people do this???
We have the one that came with the car from factory up on display, rather give all the wear and tear to a cheap decent one
Mustang resto mod. 🤣
