Loved Isaacs voice on this increadably beautiful, sad song and at the time of release it was very poignant as I had just lost a friend to mental health issues. I've never listened to Sam's version before, but as it's you I thought I'd give it a go. So glad I did as it's probably better than the original and I don't say that lightly. The way he brings out the emotion of every word with his heavenly voice is nothing short of extraordinary, and just makes the lyrics hit that bit harder. I'll leave it at that as ive I've run out of onions to chop and I'm looking like Alice Coopers love child 😢.

Im pretty goid in all areas of the arts...except singing. The one that i wanted above all the others. But nope i got stuck sounding like a tone def cat being kicked so i feel that want to so bad 😂 on the plus side my kiddo got all my talets plus hes pitch perfect so i get to enjoy his talent. ❤❤❤
I’m not saying anyone can sing like the greats, but if you want to be able to sing more solidly than you feel you do now, or be able to express yourself more vocally, singing is something one can learn, and keep improving upon with practice. I know you may have just been saying “I wish I could sing like this” rhetorically or even just meaning to the incredible extent Sam can, but since you mention it in a few videos I just thought it wouldn’t hurt to suggest you giving it a try (with lessons or through self study). May not be what you meant, but there are too many arts that people are interested in but don’t try because they think you can only do it with exceptional natural talent or if it’s the thing you’re most passionate about above all, but like with many things, humans are amazing learners and we can balance and enjoy different hobbies at different levels of interest and investment. :) Have a great rest of your day, love your vids!
