Standing Next To You (original version first, Usher remix second) is a must! JK’s entire album ‘Golden’ was dropped before he enlisted for mandatory military service (with the rest of the BTS members - note that Jin and J-Hope are out and we are waiting for the rest of the krewe to come out by June). JK’s entire album is a 10++++++++ no skips…fire for his solo debut All the members’ solo work is amazing but OT7 forever and always - BORAHAE! 💜
Every song, every album, amazing. BTS has 20 group albums and 15 (soon to be 16) solo albums among members. All of their work is amazing. No one compares to them. As you dive deeper you will see more of what I mean. Artistry, honesty, depth of meaning, production genius, musicality, lyricism, dance, vocals, rap, storytelling, MVs - everything they do is at the highest levels in the world.
There's an explicit performance video of this song. The word love is replaced by the word f**k which is the way it was originally written by Latto. It gives the song a whole new meaning. As well, the performance video lets you see how Jungkook performs this song on stage. It's worth watching. 💜
In my opinion, it's not necessary to react to the explicit version. Others will disagree. It's the very same song with one word change. JK said someone gave him the advice that he needed to change his image. ARMY doesn't think so. JK doesn't need explicit lyrics to help him market his songs and make him #1. The truth. In an interview, JK was worried about its release. He didn't know if Army would love it or not. My opinion. I don't think he'll be making any more releases with explicit words in the future. Especially after BTS starts touring in 2026. Those words are not allowed on radio or TV performances. And NOT on their live performances with an audience that includes young teens. Whoever gave him that advice...stupid advice! JK needs NO advice!!! It wasn't advice from Hybe. It was from an American producer!!!
@@ideagirlIt's just ur opinion, Jk knows what he's doing, he's an adult. Seven explicit is a good & hit song, 1st song by kpop act reached 2B . RM also released a song full of F word, people like u always have a problem with JK.
@@ideagirlJK has strong opinions about his work and would not do something because someone suggested it unless he agreed to the suggestion. He chose to take the time to record the explicit version along with the mv. Also, 3D pales in comparison when it comes to being sexually explicit. JK is a grown man that curses, smokes, drinks, parties, has tattoos and piercings, drives a Harley and yes, has had sexual experiences. But he's also the sweetest bad boy.💜 Of note, I think all the members have used the "f" word in their music with the exception of maybe V and Jin.💜
@@Andie4 This is just your opinion. JK loves the explicit version and has had fun with it. He’s not a child, and most of the fandom isn’t either. Jungkook's album title, Golden, is a reference to his nickname as the Golden Maknae (Youngest) member of BTS. Golden because he has so many talents at which he excels. Besides songwriting, rapping, singing and dancing, also painting and drawing, cooking, various athletics like track and field, martial arts, boxing, wrestling and archery, learning instruments, and other skills. Every BTS album, solo or as a group, are concept albums and Golden is no exception. The album tells the story of the progression of an ill-fated relationship, from first flirtation to infatuation, devotion to conflict and ending in heartbreak. He said he wanted to challenge himself to do many styles of singing on this album, so the songs are in varied styles. There is an explicit version of this song that is in the dance performance version of the MV (the uninterrupted choreography) which I highly recommend as well. He also did some further collabs of remixes on this album. The remix of 3D is a collab with Justin Timberlake and the remix of Standing Next to You is with Usher. Usher called JK to ask for that one. There is also a choreography performance MV for Standing Next to You and an MV with Usher, though I recommend watching the original MV first before the other two. The girl in this MV is well known S Korean actress Han So Hee. JK says the song is about being utterly devoted to your lover.

BTS has many collaborations, both as a group and as solo artists. I think you still don’t fully grasp how great the members of BTS are as artists. EXPLANATION: U.S. DJ's won't play Korean speaking songs. They think there is no audience for them. That's why you've Never heard it!!! However, BTS released 3 English speaking songs after the pandemic. They all shot to #1 on Billboard. "Dynamite" "Butter" "Permission to Dance" They were #1 for weeks and weeks. Each time each song was released it would replace its own song as #1. They set a huge Record. Beating the Beatles for most songs at #1 for the longest time. Most weeks as #1. See The Guide as reference. BTS became even more known after that. And "7" did receive World Wide recognition. BTS submitted it for a Grammy. In fact, they sent in many BTS solo songs for nominations. They got zilched this year!!! They've received 5 nominations before, losing to Duos whose performance was only once. BTS's songs were performed as a group all year long!! So we KNOW. There IS a stigma against any Korean winning a Grammy. So we LOVE your recognition of their Magnificent talent!!! This is interesting. Even though they didn't win, BTS got more views after the Grammy's of their VLive than views of the Grammies!!!! They beat the Grammies in viewership!!! ❤ Please read my reply under this comment.
Yes. There is a group of people NOT letting Korean songs known by Not being played. U.S DJ's are to blame. Yes. I'm Repeating myself!!! You're exactly right.!!! However, there is a U.S. Hybe office in America now. Run by Scooter Braun. Justin Beiber's manager. HYBE, BTS's managing group and owners, formally known as Big Hit, bought out Scooter's Mgmt company. So, all of his clients work for Hybe now. Justin Beiber works for the same company as BTS. So changes will come!!! Slowly, but surely!
Watch the documentary "From Nobodies to Legends." It's short. You might consider watching it before your next video of choice. It explains some of your questions. From time to time ask us which documentary to watch. They provide valuable information and BTS history. Just so you know you can watch them on Late Night TV interview shows. Jimmy Fallon and James Corden adore them. And James show is over now. But his "Carpool Karaoke" is Classic with BTS. Jimmy has had BTS week. And he has the solo artists on too to promote them. Watch those. They're great. And BTS has their own variety show. More about that later. You have NO idea the amount of BTS content out there from the past 11 1/2 years!!!

When he sang it live at the TSX Stage in Times Square, he was singing the clean version but ARMY were clearly singing the other. 😂 I am so glad you understand about the algorithm. 72 year old BTS Army here. As you know, Jungkook or JK for short is the main vocalist for the Global phenomenon BTS. BTS was recently named as the "Most Streamed Group of all Time". This was JK's first Official solo release leading up to his record setting album "Golden" released last October that currently has 4.8+ billion streams. Jung Kook is known for his rare perfect pitch. None of Jung Kook's solo releases are Kpop. They are all English and all American productions and should not be considered Kpop for that reason. Even his dancers are famous mostly American dancer/choreographers. However, some of the Kpop world still claims it as Kpop which is incorrect imo. It is American pop that happens to be sung by an amazing Korean star. Jungkook and Pdogg (BTS producer who acted as a vocal engineer on some tracks) are the only Koreans involved with creating his solo tracks. This song was co-written and co-produced by Grammy Award winning Producer of the Year Andrew Watt and Canadian producer/songwriter Cirkut. It was also co-written by other notable American songwriters, Jon Bellion, Theron Makiel Thomas, and Latto wrote her own verse. It was recorded in Watt's L.A. studio and this MV was filmed at Universal Studios in L.A. Andrew Watt has produced albums for Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, the Rolling Stones new album and other notables. The Canadian producer Cirkut also has impressive credits such as producing for "The Weeknd" and others. Watt and Cirkut plus others from their team of songwriters were also involved with his third official solo release "Standing Next to you" and also his album "Golden". "Seven" broke streaming records right out of the gate. It is the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 1 billion streams and scored an "All Kill" debut on the Billboard charts: #1 Billboard Hot 100 #1 Billboard Global 200. #1 Billboard Global 200 excluding U.S. Both of his next two singles debuted in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100. This song was followed by "3D" Feat. Jack Harlow. All seven BTS members have had highly successful solo careers before their mandatory military enlistment. Each one remained true to themselves while creating their music. They are all crazy talented and we are counting the days until they are reunited! I suggest you react to his third solo release "Standing Next to You" and after the original react to "Standing Next to You" Remix Featuring Usher. Thanks for your nice reaction! 💜
Of course it’s a 10. It’s Jungkook. Now look at the explicit performance video. You must not follow the Billboard charts. Look at his other collaboration videos with Usher and Jack Harlow. Look at his video “Standing Next to You “ also. His music his closer to R&B than anyone else in the group. Also 3J is Jungkook,J hope and Jimin and they have a dance video that was done for the “ Butter” remix with Megan the Stallion. Check all those out to his dancing skills. He hangs in there with Usher too.
I feel sorry for yall. There is so much music you need to get acquainted with. You are going to be down rhis BTS hole Fo-eva! 😂. Talking about rap, I think you guyz are gonna love Suga's music. Its hard to say. I love all their first few albums heavy R&B like from the early 90s and even a few from the kate 80s. Such as Like, Pretty Woman, Just One Day, If I Ruled the World, Look Here, We On, Let Me know, Embarrassed, Outro: Do You Think This Makes Sense and many more. I'll be waiting till you get the those. 😊
"3D." Don't you all think they might as well go "Down the JK road" of top hits of JK? Vote "3D" MV next. I don't think you should skip JK's 3D song and pass to "Standing Next to You." That can be after "3D." My opinion. Please Vote "3D."
Nope, it's not a masterclass and it's not a play on Craig David's song 7 Days. They actually copied the chorus of Alexander O'Neal and Cherrelle's song Saturday Love and used a generic UK Garage House beat as opposed to the original's rnb beat.
I love standing next to you original and then with Usher. 🔥

It is the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 1 billion streams and scored an "All Kill" debut on the Billboard charts:
#1 Billboard Hot 100
#1 Billboard Global 200.
standing next to you, blood sweat & tears, black swan
Of course it’s a 10. It’s Jungkook. Now look at the explicit performance video. You must not follow the Billboard charts. Look at his other collaboration videos with Usher and Jack Harlow. Look at his video “Standing Next to You “ also. His music his closer to R&B than anyone else in the group. Also 3J is Jungkook,J hope and Jimin and they have a dance video that was done for the “ Butter” remix with Megan the Stallion. Check all those out to his dancing skills. He hangs in there with Usher too.
Jungkook is an amazing vocalist. Wish to see you reacting to more of his works

Thanks for your votes!
Nope, it's not a masterclass and it's not a play on Craig David's song 7 Days. They actually copied the chorus of Alexander O'Neal and Cherrelle's song Saturday Love and used a generic UK Garage House beat as opposed to the original's rnb beat.
