Not liking those seating 💺 arrangements. As a Washingtonian I can tell you that I don’t want to stare or be stared at during a ride. That’s also a safety concern. I can see why it’s being designed that way for space but if you lived in DC long enough you’ll start to see why people prefer their seats. Would rather not carbon copy other subways from other cities with respect to seating arrangement.

Only issue with it is how close it is any chance the next one can be at the far end of a line so we can ride metro longer to see it

I don’t know what the future design will be but what I do know for sure is the seats will be much wider.
