This layout is every model-train nerds wet dream. Very well presented. Have you ever seen a Lionel (0 Gauge) 2 or 3 passenger unit Budd Car offering?

Well John when you’re 88 yrs old and the laundry room is in the basement you tend to just hang out until the laundry is finished as opposed to walking back up those dang stairs.
