Installing a new Garden Railroad Layout Part 1 Time Lapse
This is a short time lapse of a recent layout build for one of our club members. This was the assembly of the 2x6 treated ground contact lumber into their final position. Next we’ll paint the top of the boards with a dark gray exterior paint. After that will be adding topsoil around and under the boards as well as removing the boards on the long elevated straight sections and adding bridges and trestles. Finally we’ll add track and it’s ready for running trains.

O Gauge Mainline Ride Along Part 2 (Opposite Direction)

This layout belongs to a friend of mine and was started in the 1970’s. Over the years it has morphed into a maze of multi gauge train tracks and walls covered with trains. As you can see by the other videos the guy is a streetcar fan and his basement is filled with streetcars of all sizes and tons of number boards and signs.

This layout is every model-train nerds wet dream. Very well presented. Have you ever seen a Lionel (0 Gauge) 2 or 3 passenger unit Budd Car offering?
I’ll have to take a look next time I’m at his house, but I believe he has one in there somewhere.

Outstanding....what an incredible amount of hard work this is....unbelievable layout and display of your trains...congrats. Just two questions...why are the chairs facing the washing machine and why are the Tide Pods out on the table?
Well John when you’re 88 yrs old and the laundry room is in the basement you tend to just hang out until the laundry is finished as opposed to walking back up those dang stairs.

Alaska live steamers to be exact. Pretty neat place even for non enthusiasts. They're here on youtube, i just looked them up. 👍🏽
@JackEStoicism I live in wasilla and always have wanted to do it, but every time i've gone there they've been closed. I always see the place when I go to the Lucille Lake dog park, and i've walked to the perimeter, yet still have to connect with the right time line to actually take the ride.
