Glad the op went okay and yes I sometimes avoid people I know in the street/supermarket when I don't feel like socialising so understand wheere you coming from, people sometimes drain your energy

Hi Georgina, I’m so happy you’ve finally had your operation. My husband had an ablation 7 years ago for persistent AF. Touch wood, his heart has been ok ever since. I hope the same happens for you. 😊 Please take it easy after the op. My husband didn’t leave the sofa for one week post ablation. He then built up his walking very gradually over the next month. I believe this is the key to a successful outcome. So, steady does it! Sending you all my best wishes x

Georgina I am interested to know what you think a healthy diet consists of? Because You must feel dreadful with that current diet. White bread is not healthy at all. You need fibre, vitamins , good fresh food. You will not lose the weight you say you need to if you carry on like this.
