The new version you have with HH pickups sound better than the ones in my burning fire (HSH) style with sharkfin inlays.I love the neck on these.I plan on getting the new HH version very soon.
Gorgeous looking bass - like that body style much better than the "bottle opener" style seen on their P-J pup "Burning Fire" bass. Am impressed by your editing skills and clean playing - it was interesting to see a RTA of the bass and where you applied EQ (surprised to see strong harmonic content around 7-8KHz) I assume Glarry does not place the upper strap button at the tip of the upper horn due to worries it could snap -? That placement makes their GIB balance nicely on a strap) - I'm 74 and crippled now (25 yr frozen shoulders/atrophy/severe tendonitis) to where I can barely lift a light bass - maybe I can get cortisone and play a bit more til I'm gone.
I rock the glarry 5 string bass and the ugritone drums. I’m thinking about getting the same guitar in this video as a back up to record. Your mix sounded killer. 🤘🏻
Sounds great and you correct about high gain distortion in guitars and the difference is the output sound.
