Both aspects are amazing. interms of Visuals its the best this season and story its amazing. probably my favorite anime this season behind hibike euphonium s3.
Is it just me or his jjk op s feels too generic, maybe a bit boring direction wise? Visually amazing for sure but there is something missing comparing them to csm or ousama ranking ops which are masterpieces in my opinion
I love all these openings, but yeah you're kinda right. I personally believe that something basic done well can still be great. But I'll always appreciate good storytelling in an OP and a lot of his other works are definitely better in that regard.
Looking back at the first two openings, yeah, they’re not as impressive as Ousama’s or CSM’s, but OP4 (idk if that one was by him) was hella impressive and dynamic.
