Pranam swamiji , I am student of yss. I have done whatever master ( paramahansa Yogananda) has taught in lessons. But I am facing bad kundalini experience, pressure in head and ajna chakra, movement in base of spine, burning eyes etc... I was a faithful devotee of god till now. But now I am feeling is there really god ? Then why is he not guiding , there are lakhs of people suffering from premature kundalini awakening. Doubting god , after faithfully believing him till now, is like losing my close friend.

in mahamudra we inhale from muladhar to sahastrar then swadistan to sahastrar and so on but what about exhale, is it in every step from sahastrar to muladhar.pl.explain.
May I ask can a person suffering from arrhythmia or bradycardia, or cardiac ailments do breath retention,could u pls answer if possible with reference to each one, arrhythmia( dangerous and non-dangerous) Brady( those whose heart rate goes up and those whose heart rate has problem picking up and post heart attack, blockages, etc,thank u in advance

Yes, you can 15 minutes focusing on breath. You can start Mahamudra keeping the contraindications in mind. Better to learn from someone so that you do it correctly.

What is best to practice for a complete beginner, very ill, heart failure, arrythmias, thyroid, adrenals, immune system, liver, kidneys, pancreas, neurological symptoms, long list of health issues caused by one prescribed medication and vaccines 19 years ago? Trying to find either a meditation, mudras etc.. without contraindications to no avail. Taking no medications, no aneshtetics, no contrast dyet etc.. Told by conventional doctors and a Qi Gong sifu, there are too many damaged cells, electrical pulses amongs cells do not function. Reacted to Pranayama breathing, minimal, slowly under supervision, acupuncture, Qi Gong healing and practice, homeopathy, and other types of energy healing. Told that prana is too low, fragile, frail, need to build up. But how? Grateful if someone could please help on what type of safe meditation, mudras, chanting, mantras, for a weak frail, beginner, mudra, chanting, mantras to perform without contraindications and to build up slowly and gently, regenerate damaged cells. One need a good enough mental preparation to walk along the path ,a long joyful journey with achievements over time. Pray intensively to Mahavter Babaji maharaj and Syamacharan Lahiri mahashaya to get a sadguru in this path ! You'll get soon.

You need to practice under the guidance of a living master, that is not there.

Yes, in this tradition exhalation in this technique is always from Sahasrara to Muladhara.

In such conditions of cardiac ailment it is better not to practice breath retention, just watch the breath as it is.

Actually one is supposed to always draw from the muladhara. That is the original Maha mudra.
