My husband and I have been talking about the relationship of husband and caregiver which is super difficult for us. I have a disability and I can really relate to feeling like a burden ❤ I'm so humbled everyday by the grace of life and what we get to experience by just being ourselves and being alive. Thank you for being a part of that with me today. while I have some very difficult chronic nerve pain flaring....I am also so overjoyed by life. It's all there 🥲🙏🏼❤️ so much love - Laurie 😘

A good hack to make air mattress even cozy is to put a bed topper. It makes the bed even more comfy.
I genuinely don't see the difference between your perfectionist videos and these vlogmas videos. I understand that you do, but for us this is just as well done!

Happy birthday to Landon! One reason I left my ex, was so that I could learn how to live my life. My ex was a control freak who didn't like to let me make mistakes, especially while I was trying to get used to having type 2 Diabetes and figuring out what to eat and drink so that I could thrive instead of just survive. I hope you have a wonderful time with the family.

Oh my gosh, this is probably my favorite of all the videos of yours I have ever watched! I don’t know who is cuter, goofier, and sweeter… You, Landon, or Roo, lol! I just adore seeing all of the every day, normal, natural activities that you shared & I laughed out loud so many times! I have to tell you that a few videos ago when you were sprucing up your guest room and you mentioned that his parents were staying in there, I wondered where they were going to sleep because I didn’t see a bed, lol! We have that exact same mattress -we use when we’re camping - it barely fits in the tent, but we absolutely love it! So funny to see Roo doing the universal post-bath zoomies! And the Santa search looks really fun-we might have to take a little road trip next Christmas to check it out! Thank you for sharing your real life with us! (PS-Landon-you should have blamed it on the Chipotle!😂)

I struggle with that issue in my relationship and it's so hard. I need to change and hearing how you are working on it really helped me see it is possible. You are always such an amazing inspiration. To Frances just your effort to try would be enough to your family and friends I imagine you remind them of the important things in life and that is a gift in itself so never underestimate your value in the life of others have a happy Christmas and enjoy 👍
I remember in a previous video you both saying how much you hate cleaning the shower and Landon saying something like that it was difficult/dizzying. I assumed you must have tile/grout and I see you do! My old place had this too and it would get dirty so fast and was so hard to keep clean. Well I wanted to recommend some hacks that I learned!
Wet the surfaces then apply some "barkeepers friend liquid cleanser" to soak on for a while, then use the type of cleaning brush that attaches to a regular electric drill (they sell them for cheap on Amazon). This makes it so much easier because the drill does all the scrubbing and also the cleanser works sooo well if you let it sit for a bit. I know you didn't ask for advice but I hope this is helpful :)
Oh and for grout stains, I used a product that worked great- Skylar Life Mold & Mildew Stain Remover. I think it's basically bleach gel, and I just need a little bit every few months on certain areas.

I enjoyed to see both of you so giddy, hope you have lots of fun and a great time with Landon's parents and Happy birthday Landon, hope you get spoiled! And Roo is such a good boy, getting into the bath, he is so courageous! My plans got derailed this weekend, and I won't be able to get home by Thursday, I am sure that at least one of my orders - Christmas presents for my family - will most likely not arrive in time, no presents were wrapped, the home is a mess and I won't be in time to help my mum with cleaning and cooking. So I hope everything will turn out okay in the end.
