If it doesn’t it should have some part that is used as a seal between the neck and the actual bottle or container that you could probably remove.

Your video came up when I googled how to make my splash on perfume into a spray. I bought a $300 bottle of perfume in Paris and wasn't paying enough attention to realize that it was not a spray but a splash. I won't do that again.

99% of perfume bottles have metal crimped-on neck parts, not these easy plastic ones. It's a shame, because they are difficult and dangerous to remove. I sometimes wish I was a guy!

There must be a reason all these colognes are spray, but I prefer a splash because I can put it where I want it. A spray gets all over my clothes and where I don't want it. I'm looking to see how I convert to a splash bottle. The issue is that the bottle must be air tight.
