Yeah ... I keep projecting places I would be as a fan vs predicting where my “fans” may be . For instance , I love akademiks platforms because I def can relate to them . But idk if they relate to the ppl who’ve been naturally supporting me up to this point .
I collect my spotify data every month. I found... my listeners age and demographic are different every month. Currently 23-27 are the highest listeners. Split my gender: male 51% female 49% I think because I started produce songs about my heart break. Alots of guys relate to it be the fact that the singing is coming from a man.

Would you suggest doing a poll on instagram to find out WHY people actually like you? or straight up asking people/fans directly why they like you? Thats the only thing im trying to navigate.. is how do I find the 'why'. Loved this video. thank you! :)
Absolutely. You could ask questions like “what brought you to my music?”
What i’ve been doing of late is finding similar artists to myself. Then looking at the their analytics via youtube analytics, google trends and spotify for artists.

I recently watched your videos and I had a quick question. After I register my music with Audiam, can I still collect royalties when I actually send my beats to RUclipsrs to use in their videos? I know you said if my beat is used illegally I have the option of taking the video down or collecting royalties, but I actually wanted to send my beats to RUclipsrs to use legally. Am I able to still collect royalties through Audiam this way?
