Pro Tip: If you plan on making an alt, then once you've gotten to the point where the only gear you're looking for has Greater Affixes on them, start putting your whisper caches in your stash. A full stash tab worth of caches from the Tree of Whispers will get you from roughly level 1 to level 53-54. Maybe even 60 if you plan out your exp bonuses better than I did. Not necessarily a new tip, but if you're watching videos like this you most likely weren't aware of that trick.
Another trick for power-leveling is to have your most powerful friend take you through high level Pit runs. I think 5 or 6 runs in a Level 65 pit will level a new alt to 60.

I did like a 3 hour whisper farm with the draught of whispers on t4 and collected 9 heads in total. But what's interesting was that 8 out of 9 of those times, the bosses with heads spawned when I was alone. When there were more players around in the region, the spawn rate for the bosses were a lot higher, yet only 1 of those times did a boss with head spawn. But when I'm alone, the boss spawn rates were much lower, but when they did spawn, its like almost a 50% chance they'd spawn with heads. Just my personal observation.
I had similar. That's what was happening with the bosses spawning and why I figured I needed to click it myself and not join someone. Definitely something here.
Random question not fully related to the vid, but the kurast undercity, are the rewards shared as well? I'm fairly new and I have a couple of the unique and legendary ones but I can only clear the legendary ones solo. If I can party with ppl I'd definitely like to share the wealth
Hey cliptis! Nice stuff. Can u alert the devs that a lot of cosmetics are not appearing from gear that is salvaged, on PS5. Specifically the ones from last season. Ugly bastard helm, the necro helm from last season etc. I dismantle them but dont get the transmog😢
Question, I’ve been following your stompquake guides. I’ve have most of the uniques to transfer to the endgame build but none of them are ancerstral. How important is that and should I wait?
You can't finish your masterworking if it's not ancestral so it won't go as high in the Pits but it'll still work. The non unique version i went to 110 with
I eneded up doing pits and once I completed like 55 pit lvl (3 torment) I got my first head to drop as well as a mythic, i actually like the grind of only a 5% chance of finding a head or extra witch power. I just have 2 powers left and am paragon 140
I second what @nickflerchinger6618 said. I didn’t get my first head until I hit T3. Since then I’ve gotten a couple more. Going to use what Cliptis suggested and push pit/NMD/rootholds for more
I got my bac yesterday by transmuting them at the jeweler. Took quite a few but one finally popped. Before that I ran “moni” with lunging strike. Hope that helps.
I am having the same issue. Been trying to farm runes to get Bac to unlock the top tier of this build. Cliptis provides a great option until you can get Bac. The other commenter as well. I’m personally running CemTec (spawn an earthquake when you evade) with boots that have a +3 evade charge and some evade cooldown reduction. It’s about as close as I can get to bac. I hit t3 the other day and unlocked that “me” made version of the build. With CemTec I was able to upgrade a little and then push up to T4 quickly with some strategy. Now I’m just sitting between t3 and t4 trying my best to farm for Bac 😂. Hope any of the comments info helps! I think clip says it best, do what you can with what gear your have, enjoy your experience, and hopefully those rare/legendary drops you seek will come! Best of luck to you!
The mats from sitting at a cocoon event seem to dwarf anything earned in kurast undercity. They made obsolete their own dlc after one season , from the class to the zone lol
NMD/infernal hordes. I’ve been bouncing between dungeons and hordes and the under city and that’s been one of the best ways to grind for base game mats and stuff. Then anything seasonal do headhunts/rootholds.

I'm over paragon 100 and play in Torment 2.
I have seen not one head or altar. I completed the seasonal questline bevor level 60.

Are you running dungeons? They only spawn in dungeons. It's about 1 per 100 dungeonsish unless you get lucky.

im paragon 220 and still dont have the bac rune cant even play the build i want its bs im having fun but im running out of patience fast.
I found mine around 240 paragon. I ran Poc until then and it worked really well.

They increased the drop rate refinement tributes and it's the best obducite farm in the game.

Is there any faster way to collect whispers ? i have to collect 440 whispers and it takes ages.... And how you get over 2000 whispers.... ?!?!?
It's supposed to take awhile. Just go from Headhunt to Headhunt.
