@@hillfortherstudios2757Actually, it is quite possible to misalign that supporting plate, resulting in rounded triangle shape. Which you will never notice with a micrometer since the 'diameter' of that triangle-like shape will be in spec, but roundness would be way off

Tilting it 2-4 degrees drives it through the grinding mechanism? Does it always become perfectly round?
