That omelette estimation pretty off. That's closer to 800-900 calories. The eggs alone were 300 cals, the oil to fry that was likely 100-150 cals, the bacon was 100-150 cals, tge beans was 80-120 cals, the dressing (unknown) probably 70-100 cals.

Whats the peds like. Make sure protein is HIGH say 300 or more i prefer 350 gr a day. Pre digested carbs during and post workout for that slin and mtor spike and rest of day its protein and fats only. Iodine for thyroid or cytomel if u cant get metabolism high enough 37.5 or 50mcg is great thyroid trt. Go only pharmacy peds no ugl garbage. 300cals deficit and i small steps decrease further.
I've been running and lifting for a few years now and my biggest advice would be to keep the protein high and calories higher in the evenings. I always feel like my distance runs in the morning feel way better when I save most of my calories for the evening time. Look forward to seeing you progress!

unsolicited advice: be sure to schedule in rest days on the running in order to avoid overuse injuries like shin splints, stress fractures, softening of the kneecap cartilage (chondromalicia patella), back strain etc.

Adidas supernova. Cheap and have good technology behind them. Don’t go looking for the ones he has unless you’re loaded. They’re expensive and they disintegrate with months.
Try doing a PPL rest upper lower split or something like that so you hit each body part twice a week. Better for growth but also for recovery as you will do less volume per workout so less bad Doms.
I lost 40 lbs using Greg Doucette's cookbook! Life changing since it's the first time I haven't felt like i've been on a diet. Highly recommend for you so you don't yoyo diet like I have most my life. Congrats on the new journey!

Will be great to follow, in that time horizon you should be able to lose 5-10 kg depending on how aggressive you go. I'd have egg whites instead of full eggs to increase protein and lower fat/calories though. I'm 1.86m and went down from 82 kg to 70 kg in the same time horizon and to 11.9% bf last year by averaging 22k steps a day and lots of walking. Looking forward to seeing your shape in the summer ☀️💪🏻

I also think your protein should intake should be higher - I usually go for 1.1 x BW kg, especially while cutting, to maintain or grow muscle mass. Nothing about supplements - Creatine. Omega-3. etc..?

Definitely, 4 eggs is 360ish and around 24gs of fat without taking into account oil and the fat in the avocado

I used to when I started, I found a really good stretch especially hamstrings and glutes helped.
