Factually, nasi jinggo is nasi which is the price only 1,500 IDR. Jinggo (Mandarin/chinese) means seribu limaratus (bahasa Indonesia). That why the condiment of nasi jinggo is so simple.

@@rockandblues3635 Good advise. I always do the same and NEVER give them money. Money ALWAYS go to their bosses (or parents) and if this kind of business will keep on working, they will never stop sending the kids to the street for begging. They need education, otherwise it's a vicious circle for them and it's hard to break out. The best what I buy for them is ice cream. They HAVE to eat it right now and cannot wait to give it to their bosses later, it wouldnt be ice cream anymore then =)
@@WildCARLOSappeared @ you will be surprise to know they parent watching them from distance, I was shock when found out they parent just chatting with they friends, wearing gold jewelry & mobile phone in they hand then the kids give the money to they parent and the kids come back to crowd to beg again and they even doesn't care that I already give them money before , make me more shock when I found out they have a nice house, motorbike etc and the father lazy don't want work just enjoy watching TV at home & the wife keep pregnant & breeding children's and rent they babies to another beger to get sympathy & money
Think about that: If the parents put the money their kids got from begging into education, it would be great. But I'm 99% sure they don't do. Ok, it wouldn't make me and many other people poor when giving some money to the kids and it's a good extra money I suppose. But for the kids this kind of 'work' will be normal in their future I guess...they will grow up with a totally wrong mindset.
Btw while being in Bali I went to Mc Donalds...I had to wait at the traffic light first in front of Mc Donalds. It was late evening and some beggar kids approached me and asked for money. I didn't give, but instead I said that I will buy something from Mc Donalds for them. Then another kid came to the traffic light...Mhh ok I said. One kid more that I would have to buy food for is also ok.
But when I arrived at Mc Donalds parking lot 2 more kids came. I even agreed on buying Hamburger for them as well (it wouldn't have made me poor if I do that 1x a month or so). But when one of the kids (a girl who was a bit older, maybe around 12yo?!) put out their hands said 'Money Money' I told them that I will not buy anything for all of them anymore.
Disgusting behaviour, but I cannot blame the kids. For sure they have learnt that from their parents or bosses.
And yeah, in general I probably feel even more happy when giving snacks or candies to kids...When I see them totally happy and smiling...saying 'thank you'...that's so wonderful 😍
