As a Durbanite I think it's important I clear up a few things. 1) Yes, Durban is hella chilled and laid back HOWEVER our night life is LIT af. There are so many spots you could've hit as a 1st time visitor. There's Views on 25, There's Eden (champagne garden). There's Florida Rd (an entire road of vibes). If you're for a groove vibe mixed with a pub There's Amsterdam on Davenport Ave. Then there's the hood. MAX'S Lifestyle and Eyadini...both of which are in Umlazi Township. 2) I could go on and on but basically you should've asked the locals and your visit here would've been on another level. Sometimes IG pages gas up a place for no good reason and some places have horrible social media presence but are Godly in their vibes.

Data in SA is expensive, the best thing I did for myself was when I invested in WiFi. Oh and my workplace has WiFi too so for me I’m safe from the savage data prices

Love your channel. You definitely need to go back to Durbs for the real stuff outside of Umhlanga (not really Durban anyway). You need to check out Florida road, the Davenport area bars, uShaka Marine, Max's Lifestyle and Club Rich to name a few. Definitely more to see and do.
