As a Durbanite I think it's important I clear up a few things. 1) Yes, Durban is hella chilled and laid back HOWEVER our night life is LIT af. There are so many spots you could've hit as a 1st time visitor. There's Views on 25, There's Eden (champagne garden). There's Florida Rd (an entire road of vibes). If you're for a groove vibe mixed with a pub There's Amsterdam on Davenport Ave. Then there's the hood. MAX'S Lifestyle and Eyadini...both of which are in Umlazi Township. 2) I could go on and on but basically you should've asked the locals and your visit here would've been on another level. Sometimes IG pages gas up a place for no good reason and some places have horrible social media presence but are Godly in their vibes.

Data in SA is expensive, the best thing I did for myself was when I invested in WiFi. Oh and my workplace has WiFi too so for me I’m safe from the savage data prices
