Perfect for the weekend. Just for phone calls from the family. Not even text messages. That’s it. The rest of the planet can go to hell this weekend. I got one in blue. Its perfect to have some real life and enjoy nature, fishing, even reading using a simple e-reader, riding a motorcycle or bike, going to the gun range, doing anything except work.

I believe it is. I know that because the USA model (mine) doesn't support hotspot but the other versions (assuming eu) does

@@miguelmontero6130it all depends on what you're looking for, from a phone. If a phone is your main entertainment system, it may not be the phone for you. The kai store is kind of small but does have basic games, a translator app, lifestyle and business apps, etc.

I think so. If you want calls, texts, and some simple nice things, it's a good phone!

@@JoseBrionesSince Kai OS has Google DNA in it, despite being a Firefox os than a Linux os, does it have a dedicated Gmail in the Kai store.
Perhaps, Kai OS should be on smaller 4"7 to 5"0 smartphones because with the death of Bada os, tizen os, windows mobile,Symbian, Firefox os...... we're pretty much stuck with iOS and Android and this explains why people are so bored with smartphones these days

Hmm. I find these things too generic, trying to appease too wide of a marked.
I wish you could order a phone, with only the necessary things that you personally want, and it's then shipped that way so you can't change it.
Example. If you need to enter a bank website or bank app to pay your bills, it has that option, but no other feature usually linked to those activities. Imagine it's "hard coded" to have no other app or no access to other distracting websites. Restrictions like that would be the absolute ideal for me.
Personally, I love my Maps for outdoor activities, Spotify, or website/app to pay my bills, and the family social app, and dictionaries. Those things help me, but I don't want access to suggestive websites, RUclips or other entertainment Apps on my phone, because they impede me.
In summary, other people will be different than me, so to be able to set ones own personal limits and lock the configurations that way would be key.
EDIT: Another way to do this would be to use AI. Imagine you wanted to change apps or website access, and you'd have to make a good reason to get access to a new website. For example, yesterday when I asked ChatGPT to send me a cheat code for a game, it refused because it's not fair to cheat. When I clarified that it's for modding purposes in a single player game and that there's no breach of fair play, ChatGPT gave me the cheat code.
