Audience composition - My audience is almost entirely 18-65+ as far as my analytics show.
I personally don’t create and intend my content for children but, I make positive, inspiring content and hope and pray I can continue doing so, but I am very worried of what 2020 will bring. I Hope and pray that the mixed audience exception (16 CFR S 312.2) will find that my content since it’s made for adults will continue to be able to be distributed on my channels in 2020. I know creators that are going to make much less content in 2020 because they are scared of the regulations and fines (UP TO $42,000!!!) I’ve seen some people delete their entire channels and some are taking their content behind paywalls…. none of these choices make any sense to me. I know some creators willl lose their monetization entirely… some will make about 10% of what they are making in 2019.
Because youtube is the most popular platform for children ages 6-12 the FTC has come down hard on youtube, and that it will soon surpass televsion as the most watched video formation in the United States …. which is why all of this is happening.

This is largely a new composition with the traditional chorus- THAT’s why you only knew the chorus.
These aren’t the actual lyrics it’s just the first verse as the chorus and then lyrics I assume he created. But It is absolutely beautiful!

This was actually posted on my birthday. This made me smile which is exactly what I needed!
You see, my friend died on the Winter Solstice in 2014. And I have felt deep sorrow ever since. I was depressed for a time but it is now just sadness.
(Context: I had grown up with him and his family in our church but hadn't seen him in years. He was my big brother/hero/best friend.)
I almost broke down last Christmas as it sometimes is too hard to handle.
Anyway, what helped was to give of myself to another family whose young son (in his 20's) had an accident (not his fault). I helped them and visited with them. Yes, I also visited the son who on Christmas Eve gripped my hand and I thought I would never leave work (hospital kitchen dish room worker). I had to leave to spend some time with my own family. To wrap it up, they were there over Christmas, New Years, and maybe Thanksgiving but I think his accident happened after. So yeah, not the funniest way to spend the holidays! But he went home to rehab and recover and doing well. He was out of rehab a month or so after getting out of the hospital. THe only way I know is because I texted his brother who gave me his phone number.
