I mean if we get allotment can we ask contractor to make a temporary roomlike structure in half terrace?

no permanent or temporary structure can be constructed.

pay level - Quarters type
Level-1 - Type-1
Level-2 to 5 Type-2
Level-6 to 8 Type-3
Level 9 & 10 Type-4
.....
Will a Pay level 2 employee get direct Type 2 quarter? within 1 year of joining?
