First of all congratulations for new joining brother. These quarters are for Central Government employees only and If u r in level 6 or above than only u r eligible for type-3 quarters and u can also go to 1 level down i. e type-2 also. For fresh joining it is very difficult to get quarters in delhi because waiting list is very high. Fir bhi u can try for MB road quarters and best of luck. 😇

Out of these 3 i liked Tyagraj the most. it's architecture is good, material used is of good quality, society is well designed. There is good open space inside the society. But Problem which can be faced in future. 1. There may be parking issue 2.Being a very new society, can't say any other daily routine issue like water, security, maintenance etc. These i am thinking but not sure. If all goes good, Tyagraj is best.
Yes one more problem with tyagraj is that there is railway track just back side of the society. But can't say whether it is a routine track for all passenger train or only for goods. As i visited this society twice but not seen the train passed through it.
