Inferior construction quality used by NBCC, abhi bane huve 5 saal hi huve hai aur plaster is falling down😂😂 compare it with older construction of Lodhi Colony or even Sarojini nagar quarters which have been demolished. newly constructed Thyagraj Nagar Complex built by CPWD sundar better.

Ek baat btao Jo quarter mila hai wo pasand nhi to usko accept karke change k liye apply Kare to kitne Jaldi change hota hai ? Kitni waiting aati hai change me
aap physical possession ke turant baad same type mai Change ke liye apply ker sekte hai.
leni aap same type mai ek hi baar change ker sekte hai.
same waiting aaye gi jo aap ki initial quarter lene ke time thi.

As per present situation atleast 10 years will be require for Type-3.

There are lot of options in delhi. First u join and search near to ur place of posting/office, that will be more useful.
Sir if tentative position is around 50 for a particular flat ....in how many months will we get allotment?

9 years ho gye service ko. Recently Delhi transfer hone wala h mera level 8 par. Delhi m kisi society m quarter Milne k chances h?
For Type-3 chances are less, but still try for MB road or UDP nagar.
If u can adjust in less area, try for SK/SB type.

Level-7 officers are eligible for Type-3 ,type-2 and SK type Quarters.
Near jor bag these are the government Accommodations available.
1. Laxmi bai nagar
2. Tyagraj nagar
3. Lodhi colony
4. Lodhi complex
5. Kidwai nagar
If ur service is 15+ years then there is chance to get quarter in above locations.
All above locations are safe and good.

Sir, a person with disability can apply on E sampada on medical ground who posted in central government level 6 and 10 years service and can get allotment on his own choice

In the case of Deputy Secretarles and above, the request should be recommended by the Secretary, Ministry/Department concerned (ANNEXURE-B) in the format.

School ka bhi btao kaun sa najdeek hai private school aur reasonable bhi ho
In ke aas paas Kendriya Vidyalaya or private ache schools hai.
Even har government society ke aas paas ache schools hai.

Can i find good type 3 quarter if i have joined new? If not then where can i find type 1 or type 2 quarters asap?
First of all congratulations for new joining brother.
These quarters are for Central Government employees only and If u r in level 6 or above than only u r eligible for type-3 quarters and u can also go to 1 level down i. e type-2 also.
For fresh joining it is very difficult to get quarters in delhi because waiting list is very high.
Fir bhi u can try for MB road quarters and best of luck. 😇
@@SoniaHarishVloggersno you're wrong. If you're a level 7 employee then you can either get type 3 accommodation or type1. Level 7 employees cannot get type 2 quarters.

@@kpashok bhai jakar pata kar lio. Level 7 does not get type 2 accommodation. Level 7 either gets type 3 or type 1. It's a rule.

Quarter eligible depends on pay level not on basic pay.
Pay level-6 and above officers are eligible for Type-3.

You have personally visited all 3, kidwai nagar, mohammadpur and thyagraj nagar...plz suggest which is more spacious and better facilities wise, location wise, construction quality wise....it will be a great help for us?
Out of these 3 i liked Tyagraj the most. it's architecture is good, material used is of good quality, society is well designed. There is good open space inside the society.
But
Problem which can be faced in future.
1. There may be parking issue
2.Being a very new society, can't say any other daily routine issue like water, security, maintenance etc.
These i am thinking but not sure.
If all goes good, Tyagraj is best.
Yes one more problem with tyagraj is that there is railway track just back side of the society.
But can't say whether it is a routine track for all passenger train or only for goods.
As i visited this society twice but not seen the train passed through it.

No HRA will eligible after quarter allotment

"All Central Government employees and the employees working under the Government of NCT of Delhi, who are working in the offices, which have been specifically declared eligible for General Pool, are entitled for allotment of accommodation from General Pool."

Ministerial or clerical staff means, staff involves in correspondence or clerical work, like LDC, UDC, ASO, SO, Steno. etc.
These are good white collar job, mainly correspondence work in AC office 😊. CPWD is also very good department.
