In this video I am gonna explain in detail ventilation calculations. Ventilation is important because:
Normally air contains about 21 percent oxygen. The air in a ventilation system that
serves human beings must have a certain oxygen content to maintain life and to ensure
comfort.
If a room is tightly sealed, any person in that room would slowly consume the oxygen
and increase the amounts of carbon dioxide, water vapor, and various impurities. This
could cause that person to become drowsy or even result in death

Kindly go to tutorial#18 on my channel you will find duct design video. There I used equal friction method to design supply air duct (0.06 in wg), but for return air duct design you need to take (0.05 in wg) using equal friction method.
