It didn't work, phone still asking for my pin code
Because that's the Phones / Android Security. You can choose "use Google account instead". You need to know your google account after the reset to actiavate the phone. If you don't know it, try to search for Huawei P20 lite FRP unlock. Good luck.
You need to keep the start button and volume up button pressed even after you see Hauwei. After a while it will give the option to factory reset. This video helped me

It worked. But I figured out that my main problem was Google requiring to enter the previous account.

Remake the video but without deleting anything or wiping the phone
After the factory reset the password will be removed. It's the only option. Your data will be erased

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

I try it but when I proceed where I suppose to write "yes" and the touch is not working why?
you have to write yes and confirm. If your tocuh is not working connect an usb keyboard with a otg connector. Good luck

after i factory reset mine doesnt say "reebot sytsem now"
Then just do the factory reset and then manually reboot the phone by pressing and holding all buttons for couple of seconds. Good luck
