    Great sharing thanks! Just a question about the stability exercise plank in push up position with feet on ball, is it okay to have the alignment of ankle-hip-shoulder-ear not in a line? Because I saw alignment of that particular exercise is somewhat different to other exercises shown in the video.

    Why are you flattening the back and reducing the natural curve of the spine? Isn't the idea of core bracing to keep the natural curve and improve our natural movement? Would you tell someone who was squatting to flatten their back at the top of a squat?
