The device is great and I was about to buy it but there seems to be a very serious problem with the display of square and step waveforms. I have seen in other reviews that when trying to display a square or step waveform, the vertical rising lines disappear and are not displayed (0:34 this video). Clearly this is a problem because it even fails on complex waveforms where there are vertical lines that don't seem to show up on the screen. do you know if fnirsi is aware of this major problem. do you know if they have corrected it in a firmware update? At the moment, I'm not going to buy because this display problem makes it unusable in several scenarios, especially in digital electronics

Почему у вас не отображается вертикальная линия на графике? это дефект прибора или прошивка? этот товар бракованый. Исправьте этот недостаток.
Потому что это полная имитация цифрового фосфора. На старых аналоговых осциллах также при прямоугольном сигнале из за мизерного времени нарастания. Видимо они решили сделать полную аутентичность, хотя сейчас цифровые обычно чаще всего высвечивают эту линию. По мне так это совершенно не проблема, и я думаю если отключить режим цифрового фосфора то покажет эту линию. Это уже так сказать момент больше творческий и это точно не баг, а отсылка к аналоговому фосфору, который ведет себя точно также.

OMG Seriously? I've spent $$$$$ on scopes, this is bargain of the century if it really does all that is claimed. I wish I'd posted more vids on my channel as I'd love to review this unit and compare it to the Owon HDS272S. I'm not going to buy it just to review it though. I have a feeling the usability will be terrible and the claimed bandwidth won't be up to spec.
