whenever I crave sugar I tell myself I need to have more protein!
It’s actually usually a sign you aren’t eating enough carbs/overall calories. As an RD, I find that when clients start to eat more carbs and overall food, and stop hyper-fixating on protein, they tend to crave sugar a lot less
the eating breakfast in the morning has helped me soooo much!!

I have been in gymnastics my whole life but never payed any mind to what I was eating. I was always angry with myself and confused why I still wasn’t in shape, healthy, and confident in my own skin. Finding your channel has helped me more than you know!! I am two months into working out regularly and making sure what I eat will fuel my body to do great things. It is so helpful to see someone my age to give tips and advice. Thank you for doing what you do!!! 🙌🏻🫶🏻

If you’re still consuming artificial sugar (like the sucralose) which is in the Celsius/protein bars/amino lean you’re still going to continue craving sugar. Artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame- K, etc.) are also not good for your gut microbiome.
There’s literally no evidence to suggest that the quantities of artificial sweeteners she’s eating will mess up her gut. Pls cite ur sources
