Hes using a lightning fast swivel and a small bag that will cause the bag to hit the platform faster because the swivel isn't as long.. along with his quickness he can motor through that bag..

I joined a new gym last month that has a speedball. First one I've ever seen in person. I tried it and immediately gained a deeper appreciation for boxers. So much so I've been down a youtube rabbit hole of speed bag videos like this one 🤣

Nah. Zab could do this as well. Prime Zab actually had hands just as fast as Floyd. Speed was not the issue for Zab against Floyd. It was overall boxing IQ.

Floyd Mayweather's got the quickest hands on a speedbag I have ever seen. With him hitting from his right fist to his left fist and so forth. The Late Bruce Lee if alive today would be impress with Mayweather's extraordinary hand speed and punching velocity.

Maybe not as good as Floyd, but you could definitely do it if you practiced enough. Trust me after a while it becomes muscle memory and you don't even have to really focus hard, it just flows.

Here I am thinking I reached the limit on how fast a person can go on a speed bag, NEVERMIND! I’ve been stagnant in my speed bag progress for like the past 6 months, how do I even get to this level? Mayweather is going like 10-15% faster than me, that doesn’t sound like alot but reaching these speeds is incredibly hard like wtf I’ve never seen someone go this fast.

Unless you’ve trained on a speed bag before, you just can’t realize how insane it is to actually go that fast. Very few people can do it outside of actual speed bag practitioners
