The sound quality is definitely different. This small machine is just a toy for ordinary public entertainment, not designed for audiophiles, because it can only be considered an entry-level amplifier at most. You get what you pay for, there's no need to worry! Just be happy！

I guess it all depends on if you are going for a total analytical representation of a recording, or if you are looking for enjoyment from the music - I quite enjoyed the track. I also think the Fosi kept up with the Class AB, which is great considering its price, size and connection options.
Can you use an audio recording that isn't total garbage? The record has significant breakup and distortion, whether from record wear or a needle or cartridge that is causing breakup. It's just bad. And the recording is compressed and awful. Maybe you can't hear how bad it is, which is not good. No way to judge audio.

The demo of the Fosi sounded impressive compared the traditional FET amplifier (however i always worry the encoding that must be happening within the RUclips platform is likely changing the quality). I have always found that class D is almost too clinical a sound & i prefer vacuum tube for my 65yr old ears... regards, Peter in New Zealand

Excellent question sir. Class D has very similar structure as digital circuit because of PWM. It's a kind of switching power mode so efficiency is very high and much less heat. But switching noise can be concerned in the process of analog signal conversion. however precision filters can minimize it. Choice is up to you. Good day, Young

I guess I just like the track, so relaxing. I liked both versions. Maybe the second one had more punchy bass which I liked for this track.
