What if you are trying to create a form that has questions that you are trying to use a number algorithm for instance if you select one =low 5 equals medium and 10 equals high and at the end of your questions it will show you score and a bar chart within in the actual form so the person can make an assumption on what category to rank something

Thank you very much for this video. I have a question. In likert questions, Excel only "see" the last selection. Do you know how to add the other selections in the excel. For example, in a likert selection like this: ......... A B C Option 1 Option 2 Option 3 Excel will show only the last selection. Thank you.
