  • WE SIT TOO MUCH! This creates an imbalance with the hip flexors and our hip extensors which leads to pain and dysfunction in our low back and hips. It also leads to dysfunction when we attempt activities such as walking/running. This mobilization/stretch will help to alleviate these issues.

This looks amazing, but I don't have a partner to help me stretch. You mentioned this is a temporary treatment. What is a permanent solution for tight hip flexors?

I've seen people do these but they have a strap around their foot, and they pull on it while lying down, like the lady is in this video.
