Oshkosh newspaper editor Stew Rieckman duct taped to chair

On October 24, employees of the Oshkosh Northwestern duct taped editor Stewart Rieckman to a chair and threw water balloons at him to raise money for the Oshkosh Area United Way. Non-professional work hilarity ensued.
