If you wanna learn to draw hands well, you should watch Marco Bucci's hands video. I literally knew how to draw hands as soon as I finished watching that video just by following along and doing the exercises he told me to do. It's an amazing video, best video about hands I've seen so far.

пусть меня никто не поймет, но хочу все же написать...КАК она это делает? она рисует, не зацикливается над лайном, она даже не лайнит, а просто стирает лишнее в скетче, делает мазки, свето-тень раз-два. Если смотреть процесс, то рисунок выглядит не очень аккуратно сразу, но если не смотреть на процесс и забыть как он делался, то это получается шедевр, я тоже так хочу уметь(
Олсо не всегда ровный и чёткий рисунок- хорошо... Попробуй поэкспериментировать
