Hellooooo! Awesome video. I just came from your video about high school to med school and I was wondering if anyone or Jai himself can help me with a dilemma. So I got into my dream Ivy League with a full scholarship and I will probably go there. (I'm from Texas btw) I was thinking about how idk if I want to be away from Texas for so long. If I go to an Ivy League I'll probably shoot my best shot at other Ivy League medical schools. Or maybe when the time comes I'll want to come to some of the really good medical schools that Texas has. A ton of people say that you shouldn't waste money on an ivy league education when you're going to have to go to med school. They say you could just go to a cheaper state school. But since I got a full ride I don't think that that rule still applies. People also suggest not going to a huge school like UCLA they suggest going to a small liberal arts college. But my question is should I just go to a state school with a full ride or a Ivy with a full ride. What if I just end up coming back to Texas for med school and it was pointless to go to the Ivy League because I could of had an education that was better suited for Texas med schools. And Texas undergraduate would be way easier. But I worked super hard to get accepted into that Ivy League and it is a dream.
Go to the Ivy League. There isn't much room to grow when you are a big fish in a small pond... Grab the opportunity to grow into a big fish in the ocean!!
