This shot requires good face control to be confident you won't double cross. Just swing left, and rip it! But I've only been able to play this shot consistently since I got a low spin driver head with the right weight bias for me.
What driver head/shaft combo did you finally end up well? - Were the external adjustments on the driver enough to give you the control you needed or did it require some internal weighting as well?
@@RollYourRock Rogue ST Max LS. Played the triple diamond version and I couldn't keep the fade in the fairway, everything went right. The weight bias of the Max LS is more neutral, maybe slight draw bias, but still with low spin. I play 9 degree in neutral setting with Ventus TR blue shaft. Playing low tee fade now 80% of the time for control/confidence.
@@FRL2000 Thanks, I appreciate the reply! Having a slower swing speed, I'm still utilizing similar adjustments to my driver. Serious players should absolutely spend more time fine-tuning the drivers... Cheers!🙂
