@coach - Been watching for a while and love the content. What if we have some young lefties in our group. How can we apply the movement towards the throw with them? Would most of it be backhand?
Excellent video!! Question I notice you teach the doubles shuffle which I don't see many coaches teach and is that for training purposes or do you want that used regularly during games?
The double shuffle on this video was for training purposes. Depends on the speed of the runner and paste of the ball. Thanks for the comment!
