I have had mine since May 1st, (this year). I usually get 16 - 18 miles per charge.
But that is going 14 - 18 mph. I did go flat out a lot when I first got it. And I only
got a 10 mile range per charge. It's a great scooter, (it climbs well too). I Love it !

    I got this one .
    4 hours under my belt.
    I only go 10 mph😂 at a time.
It takes me around 25 minutes for 3 miles.
The front tire doesn't align with the handlebars only a little of even after adjustment might be a little lose.!??
The head light is pretty bright!.
Not for off road, shocks pretty stiff.
Goes up hill pretty good. I weigh 220 lbs
I hate the cruise control, it sometimes it set by itself and it scares u after u let off throttle but it keeps on going 😂.!!!
    It's a fun scooter.
I got it from Amazon for 515!$
Update ..after many miles i noticed it overheated causing motor a delay in throttle ..!
Dangerous if u are in the middle of street!!

The 25 mile range is kinda misleading. That's if you go on eco mode the whole way. Standard it goes 18mph and goes 20 miles distance before the battery dies. It slows down at 19 miles.I tested it. I keep it on standard since Ive no need to go faster. It's faster than a regular bike and no pedaling and getting tired. Kinda heavy but easier to take with you on the bus. No more lifting up the bike in front of the bus.

That’s what we thought but the are not. My son got a bail in the rear tire and when he took it off it’s not tubeless as advertised. I have been going back and forth with iscooter on this. They sent another tire and it was a tubed tire again. Now they are sending 2 tubes saying they don’t have the tubeless tires in stock. They are claiming there are 2 versions of the iX3 which is not what they advertised. It’s only 2 months old and now en error code E16 came up after he finally was able to put a new tube in. He’s frustrated because he doesn’t know how to remove the rubber mat covering the deck to get to the screws so he can check the wiring. He’s so frustrated he wants to get rid of it. It definitely doesn’t have tubeless tires as advertised. Any clue how to remove the rubber mat on the floor deck? Or what size hex torque to remove the screws? I don’t live near him but trying to make sure he has the right tools to work with.

i hacked it and cruise at a happy 30 to 32 mph on the rock/dirt trails in Oregon! this thing is just to much fun to ride. Day or night time! I also personally reccomend trying your back foot on the metal frame which is located above the back plastic fender. When applying your back foot to the metal frame with three holes you can add a little more back end downward pressure. it is good for added traction while offroad/ bumpy conditions.

We got from iscooter and they are in China. Thy will send tubes but NOT solid tires as advertised. Then after finally changing the back tire he now has an E16 error. Hey bro to take the rubber off the panel use something slim and work the edges of it all the way along the mat (it's pretty much a giant sticker) and peel back the rubber mat it's super sticky but will come off, and you'll be able to put it back on no problem, than there's 6-8 small screws you need to screw them off to access the inside panel

Apparently my driveway is too steep even for "turbo mode". 800 watts is not sufficient so I have an eye on a 2000 watt scooter than has torque in both wheels for only about $200 more. I sent the iX3 back due to its lack of power along with how I didn't appreciate both wheels locking up while I was going down my dirt driveway, thus throwing me headfirst forward causing my bare skin to skid along the dirt. This is an excellent scooter but this is a few bad things about it
    - being a Chinese company there is a lot voltage sag (battery level doesn’t display correctly as the amount of voltage being given to the battery is either too much to calculate or too little)
    - Now despite them saying it’s built well sure it could’ve been the one I was sent but the handlebars tend to wobble after about of month of normal usage sure this could be fixed with tightening of the bolts and screws but a month In handlebars shouldn’t become loose
    - the brakes are very very weak and required a substantial amount of adjustments to get right from full 25mph speed it took I’m not even joking 8 secs come to a stop sure this isn’t me fully slamming on the brakes but you shouldn’t have to as that’s dangerous and should only really be utilized come an emergency
    - Finally the scooter is an amazing pick for just your normal fun joyride but as they said in the video do not expect this scooter to last an entire year it might not even last like 8 months
