I have had mine since May 1st, (this year). I usually get 16 - 18 miles per charge. But that is going 14 - 18 mph. I did go flat out a lot when I first got it. And I only got a 10 mile range per charge. It's a great scooter, (it climbs well too). I Love it !
I got this one . 4 hours under my belt. I only go 10 mph😂 at a time. It takes me around 25 minutes for 3 miles. The front tire doesn't align with the handlebars only a little of even after adjustment might be a little lose.!?? The head light is pretty bright!. Not for off road, shocks pretty stiff. Goes up hill pretty good. I weigh 220 lbs I hate the cruise control, it sometimes it set by itself and it scares u after u let off throttle but it keeps on going 😂.!!! It's a fun scooter. I got it from Amazon for 515!$ Update ..after many miles i noticed it overheated causing motor a delay in throttle ..! Dangerous if u are in the middle of street!! Offcourse i drove in in texas heat for over an hour 102 F 🔥🥵!!
The 25 mile range is kinda misleading. That's if you go on eco mode the whole way. Standard it goes 18mph and goes 20 miles distance before the battery dies. It slows down at 19 miles.I tested it. I keep it on standard since Ive no need to go faster. It's faster than a regular bike and no pedaling and getting tired. Kinda heavy but easier to take with you on the bus. No more lifting up the bike in front of the bus.
Have you had a flat tire yet? My son did as they are not tubeless he found that out after getting a nail in the rear tire. Now a E16 error shut it down after fixing the tire. He needs to get the rubber mat off to the motor. Any experience taking that off?
@@ShannonHassler-i9c I don't know about the error message but I did get a flat as well from running over a nail. They're not tubeless as they claim.I managed to replaced the tube without taking out the rubber mat. It wasn't easy. I think you should contact the company about that error message.
That’s what we thought but the are not. My son got a bail in the rear tire and when he took it off it’s not tubeless as advertised. I have been going back and forth with iscooter on this. They sent another tire and it was a tubed tire again. Now they are sending 2 tubes saying they don’t have the tubeless tires in stock. They are claiming there are 2 versions of the iX3 which is not what they advertised. It’s only 2 months old and now en error code E16 came up after he finally was able to put a new tube in. He’s frustrated because he doesn’t know how to remove the rubber mat covering the deck to get to the screws so he can check the wiring. He’s so frustrated he wants to get rid of it. It definitely doesn’t have tubeless tires as advertised. Any clue how to remove the rubber mat on the floor deck? Or what size hex torque to remove the screws? I don’t live near him but trying to make sure he has the right tools to work with.

i hacked it and cruise at a happy 30 to 32 mph on the rock/dirt trails in Oregon! this thing is just to much fun to ride. Day or night time! I also personally reccomend trying your back foot on the metal frame which is located above the back plastic fender. When applying your back foot to the metal frame with three holes you can add a little more back end downward pressure. it is good for added traction while offroad/ bumpy conditions.
Whatt? How did you do that? Please tell me lol. I can only go 25mph. I have plenty of experience racing dirt bikes so this scooter can be a little slow for me but I love it.

i have one of these and have put mine through absolute hell, now it might not have the 25 mile range, but it makes up for that in being absolutely INDESTRUCTIBLE, and making it up to a surprising 30 mph (in good weather conditions) overall id say its an amazing scooter, but if youre wanting something that can take big jumps and extreme conditions, id say go the extra 200 dollars for a yume or something
I'm 250 lb and the scooter is awesome. I put in close 150 mi on it and I hit 24 mph with no problem. You can't find a better scooter for this price tag.
@@EliInSpace I would recommend the ix7 pro or get the solar eq. I personally upgraded to the solar eq. This ix3 started to get e16 error code which is a bad throttle. Uphill isn't the best considering it's only rear motor. If you want something fir hills then I would highly recommend dual motor.
You guys should check out the Evercross Ev10k pro, max, or H5. I have the ev10k pro and the fiance has the ev85f and they are both awesome to get around while camping, town, or getting to work.

My son got one end of June. It came with a tube and we didn’t know why as it’s supposed to be tubeless. He got a flat from a nail. Guess what they are tubed tires. We got from iscooter and they are in China. Thy will send tubes but NOT solid tires as advertised. Then after finally changing the back tire he now has an E16 error. Now he’s trying to fix that but doesn’t know how to get the rubber off the panel to get to the motor. Any advice to remove that. Videos show after it’s off.
Hey bro to take the rubber off the panel use something slim and work the edges of it all the way along the mat (it's pretty much a giant sticker) and peel back the rubber mat it's super sticky but will come off, and you'll be able to put it back on no problem, than there's 6-8 small screws you need to screw them off to access the inside panel
It arrived today and the instructions are bad. There were none to determine how to set the various modes. I'm an old man and I needed something to help me get up my long steep dirt driveway when I walk my dogs. I unboxed it and tried it today and it didn't have enough power to get me up the driveway in the steep spots. I ended up walking up the driveway pushing the scooter. What settings would you recommend for the most power and what buttons do I push to get that power. Can you help me?
Just put it in turbo mode. You'll get up any Hill with no problem. I'm 250 lb and I've had zero issues going up hills. Push the S button till it displays turbo. Have fun.

Apparently my driveway is too steep even for "turbo mode". 800 watts is not sufficient so I have an eye on a 2000 watt scooter than has torque in both wheels for only about $200 more. I sent the iX3 back due to its lack of power along with how I didn't appreciate both wheels locking up while I was going down my dirt driveway, thus throwing me headfirst forward causing my bare skin to skid along the dirt. My road-rash will eventually heal.
I’ve also searched for a seat for this from various sites and companies and haven’t found anything that would fit the dimensions of the deck on this iX3 scooter, unfortunately.
I got mine but disappointed with the suspensions. There's no way to adjust it. It does a little movement, but it doesn't make any difference to other scooters that have no suspensions. You still get a rough ride. It's like it is useless.
This is an excellent scooter but this is a few bad things about it - being a Chinese company there is a lot voltage sag (battery level doesn’t display correctly as the amount of voltage being given to the battery is either too much to calculate or too little) - Now despite them saying it’s built well sure it could’ve been the one I was sent but the handlebars tend to wobble after about of month of normal usage sure this could be fixed with tightening of the bolts and screws but a month In handlebars shouldn’t become loose - the brakes are very very weak and required a substantial amount of adjustments to get right from full 25mph speed it took I’m not even joking 8 secs come to a stop sure this isn’t me fully slamming on the brakes but you shouldn’t have to as that’s dangerous and should only really be utilized come an emergency - Finally the scooter is an amazing pick for just your normal fun joyride but as they said in the video do not expect this scooter to last an entire year it might not even last like 8 months
Maybe I got lucky but I've had zero issues for 10 months now with a good 200 miles driven. Also the brakes work flawlessly out of the box. I'm 250 lb and haven't had any problems. You should always check your bolts and screws on any scooter monthly. Great scooter for $500 lol
@@dumpsterfire7916 you have definitely got lucky or you maybe treated your scooter like it was your first car but me significant build issues arised for me the brakes are not very good and have almost caused me slide out several times if you were to slam on the brakes which I have had to several time as once again the brakes are probably the worst I have ever seen and shouldn’t even be adjusted to be that stiff no company should send you brakes that you require yourself to calibrate that’s just bad building quality but when you do slam on the brakes the scooter slides out and causes to treat it like a skateboard balancing on it while it skids out I have almost hit people crossing a street as I’m not able to slow down for idiots that decide to wanna walk a red light yes I have had mine for wel over 10k+ km that’s not all as he come to notice the speedometer is literally 10km off of the actual speed it’s going half the time I have to use a gps to know how fast I’m actually going

My son‘s not mechanically inclined he had his since June got a flat tire because they didn’t come with tubeless then got an E 16 air after changing the rear tire. He doesn’t know how to get the mat off the footbed to get to the motor do you have any ideas how?
@@ShannonHassler-i9c I have an Ix3 for 6 months, the phneumatic tires are help it to being more comfortable, I would never change it. The mat is glued on, so if you want to open it, just cut it off, get some special glue for it, then you can take it back.
i feel like you should always purchase from the actual company when available, Amazon is convenient and Whole Foods takes all returns, but not a whole lotta trust or integrity as a company…

Not being a stickler but the actual max weight is 136 kg or 300 lb. Not 265 lb !

The ix4 does not climb hills as good as the ix3. More weight, same power

They say ix4 climbs 30% while the ix3 climbs at 20% hill grade.
