so...I have this same pump...and it does the same thing....What I am wondering is...do you think it was the distance to the tank....or just a bad pressure switch?....

I believe it was the distance between the pressure switch and the tank.

The check valve in between was causing the pressure difference. Don’t ask me why 😂 but it affects it
