Specifically, you need to register drones with cameras, inform people if collecting personal data, get consent for filming, and comply with data protection laws like GDPR." It doesn't seem like you are doing any of that? They also state "It remains illegal to fly drones for invasive filming or photography without permission so responsible piloting is essential." Again, you don't seem to comply with that?
@@micksmixxxyeah but I'm not sure he knows it better than one of the largest drone surveying companies in the UK who provided the information. @@jstra I never said that he did, my friend, but the quote that YOU provided indicated that YOU have misread the rules/guidance. The done pilot DOES require permission to take off and land their drone if it's on the landowner's land, but that 'rule' does NOT apply if they're taking off and landing from a public place.
@@micksmixxxyes, however at no point was that particular part of the statement mentioned in what I said. My focus is on the illegal filming aspect. I would be interested to know what level of public liability insurance BP has. In his last video he boldly told the chap he was speaking to that he himself had done a risk assessment and therefore the safety concerns of the employees were irrelevant which is obviously arrogant but simultaneously very incorrect.
