Hey man, marine mechanic here, don't know if the laws are a lil different where you're at but here in south florida it is a very large fine if caught changing oil in or over water. Just shooting you a heads up. Also why did I just watch this whole video waiting for you to get to the prop shaft seals. The title of the video claims "prop shaft seals" but all you changed was a driveshaft seal...confusion.
Hello @peterlantier2265, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'll forward this to our video editing team and to Frank.
Seems like a great knowledgeable mechanic.
Very helpful. I may have missed the part numbers but what where they? Thanks
Good afternoon Spencer! Glad that this video helped you! We would love to help you find the part numbers you are looking for. If you still need assistance please feel free to reach out for help at Partsvu@partsvu.com and we can go over the needed information with you and provide you what you are looking for!
Great job. You saved me from buying a $60 dollar tool to remove the seal housing instead using two wrenches. 👍🏻👍🏻
Glad we could help. We are dedicated to keeping you on the water!
Would your description of different motors also include a 130 Yamaha 2 stroke?
Hi Greg,
Thank you for your comment. The video is tailored for the engines listed below, but the tutorial is quite universal. Although various engines may have distinct part numbers, the procedure remains largely consistent. If you require specific assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at Partsvu@partsvu.com. We're here and ready to help!
Happy Boating.
